The 12 of 12 is a fun photo essay project started by a guy named Chad (click link) that I try to do every month. This month I snapped them all within about an hour in Venice. I love Sunday at the beach.
Little gazebo peer to the middle of the sand.
Even in winter, don't forget.
Friend at late breakfast.
And another...
And another...
Dork.
Busker. This guy was really good. All in Spanish, my friend to the west was swooning.
The forbidden area behind all the sellers of wares. Carny secrets!
The lovely apartments with the killer location.
Schwinn party bingo.
Wildlife. OK I admit, not the best representation since we saw too many dolphins to count and many diving pelicans who were very fast and cool. I just didn't have the camera then & pigeons need love too.
What could this be, suspended above the palms?

Great pics of your day Bill, beautiful blue skies and sun!
That last pic looks like a stick you place in a jar of honey???
Thanks for sharing your day!
I'm guessing an aerial of some kind!
What do we win? :P
What fun and WARM-looking pix. Our weather has turned in Seattle...no beaching for us. Love the picture of the bikes...great perspectives.
Venice Beach is so much fun. So wonderfully quirky!
And the thing above the palms...looks like a fineal.
Great day at the beach photos!
